A new constitution for the future (individual, country, world).
According to recent papers issued by the OECD, “International experience has shown there is no single model for the constitutional reform. A wide scope of modalities exists for amending and reforming a constitution […]. Each case is different and evolving.” (, key finding Nº1, p. 25).
